With over a decade of HORECA experience, I’ve specialized in team leadership, scheduling, and providing exceptional customer service. Currently, I work as an Breakfast and Event Manager in Amsterdam.
My career in HORECA started in Croatia, where I managed restaurants and my own coffee bar. I gained international experience as a barista in New Zealand and later transitioned to management roles in Amsterdam, including positions at Hoxton (Lotti’s) and Clayton Hotel (Café Americain). My responsibilities have included creating schedules for large teams, organizing events, and improving operational workflows.
Originally from Croatia, I’m passionate about food, beverages, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. I recently relocated to Amsterdam, where I’ve embraced new challenges and continued to grow my career. Outside of work, I am a drummer for The Holes, an Amsterdam-based queer rock band made up of four guys from four different countries. We create punky, punchy rock music that’s bold, emotional, and unapologetically queer. Playing music and performing on stage has been a natural extension of my creativity and a source of immense joy.
